There’s not much left for me to describe about Rome after reading 9 books on the topics of Roman gardens, botanical mythology, food and one Jhumpa Lahiri book of fiction named “Roman Stories”.
But let me show you this: a sketch of the similarities on the 4 roman pastas:
It’s so simple! There are just three common ingredients. Then add another. Then another. A good meal can really just be a few simple ingredients. This is part of an overall project I’ve had for years on making recipes just simple graphs or charts for reference as opposed to exact measurements. Definitely a work in progress but let me know if a different chart type might work better!
